Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited Announces Retirement of Marketing Head P H Zubair

Mumbai, December 31, 2025  Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange about a significant change in its senior management following the superannuation of Shri P H Zubair, Chief General Manager and Head of the Marketing Department, with effect from the close of business hours on December 31, 2025.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations 2015 and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.

Following the retirement of Shri P H Zubair, Shri B Balachandran, Chief General Manager, has been appointed as the new Head of the Marketing Department of the company.

The company acknowledged the valuable contribution of Shri P H Zubair and stated that the leadership transition would ensure continuity in its marketing operations and strategic initiatives.
