New Delhi: Housing and Infra Finance unit, Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO Ltd) has undergone a loan agreement with Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) for Rs 11,000 crore. The board of directors had approved the proposal for a term loan of Rs 11,000 crore to APCRDA for the new capital city Amaravati in Andhra Pradesh on January 22, 2025.

As a non-banking financial company-infrastructure finance company, it extends loans to various agencies. "Since signing of loan agreement is procedural and frequent exercise between borrower and lender, the aforesaid event did not warrant any disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company sought clarification on exchange platform on 17th March

The loan deal was came into effect on 16th March, 2025 and the company has clarified that it does not require disclosure under SEBI regulations.

HUDCO shares are trading at Rs 186.89 lower by 0.63%. The stock has declined 20.56% this year, so far.
