NNTPS Hosts Ideation Mela Reward and Recognition Ceremony on 04 December 2025
NNTPS conducted its Ideation Mela Reward and Recognition Ceremony on 04 December 2025 to honour employees for innovative ideas supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement.
NNTPS organized the Ideation Mela – Reward and Recognition Ceremony to honour employees whose innovative contributions have supported operational excellence and continuous improvement within the unit.
During the event, the Idea Champion Award was presented to the top innovator, who received a cash reward of Rs 5,000 along with a Certificate of Recognition. Additionally, multiple employees were acknowledged with the Creative Star Award, each receiving Rs 500 and a Certificate of Appreciation for their creative suggestions.
Speaking at the ceremony, CGM/NNTPS highlighted the importance of nurturing a culture of innovation. He encouraged that even the suggestions recognized under the Creative Star category should be implemented at the unit level to drive efficiency, improvement, and employee engagement.
The event celebrated not only individual achievements but also reinforced NNTPS’s commitment to fostering an environment where new ideas are actively encouraged and rewarded.
