IRCON Director Anand Kumar Singh Retires After Distinguished Service
IRCON International Limited announces the superannuation of Shri Anand Kumar Singh from the post of Director (Projects) on 31st December 2025, as per SEBI LODR Regulations.
New Delhi, 31st December 2025 – IRCON International Limited (IRCON) has announced the retirement of Shri Anand Kumar Singh from the post of Director (Projects), following his superannuation on 31st December 2025. This disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Shri Singh, an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer, was appointed as Director (Projects) of IRCON on 7th July 2023, following his resignation from Railway service. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to IRCON’s infrastructure and project management operations.

Join WhatsApp ChannelThe company has informed BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) about the cessation, ensuring compliance with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024. Shri Singh’s appointment was initially approved by the Railway Board, with a tenure effective until his superannuation.
Following his retirement, IRCON will continue its commitment to operational excellence and project execution under its existing leadership structure.
