New Delhi, September 5,  2026: Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has informed the stock exchanges that its 40th Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Key Dates Fixed

  • Cut-off Date for determining voting rights: Wednesday, 23 September 2026

  • Book Closure: Thursday, 24 September 2026 to Wednesday, 30 September 2026 (both days inclusive)

  • Remote E-Voting Period: Sunday, 27 September 2026 (9:00 A.M.) to Tuesday, 29 September 2026 (5:00 P.M.)

  • Adoption of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026

  • Re-appointment of Dr Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director (HR & EB), who retires by rotation
