NBCC Announces Retirement of Two Senior Executives

State-owned construction major NBCC (India) Limited has informed stock exchanges about a key change in its senior management following the superannuation of two top executives on December 31, 2025.

According to the company’s disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Smt. Reshma Dudani, Senior Executive Director (Engineering), and Shri Devendra Kumar, Executive Director (Engineering), have officially retired from their respective positions with effect from the same date.

The announcement was communicated to both NSE and BSE and has also been made available on NBCC’s official website for public record.

This leadership transition comes at a time when NBCC continues to expand its project portfolio across infrastructure, housing, and public sector development projects nationwide.
