State-owned Civil Construction company NBCC Ltd has bagged two orders, collectively worth Rs 229.75 crore. The first order, worth Rs 148.4 crore, is from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for AIIMs, Bilaspur.
It includes the construction of 72 dwelling units, four lecture halls for nursing college and paramedical sciences, a 204-bed undergrad boys hostel, 334-bed undergrad girls hostal, and also the installation, testing and commissioning of interactive rooftop solar PV power generation system.

The second order, worth Rs 81.35 crore, is from the Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam. It is for project management consultancy services for the construction of a new hostel, dining building and allied infrastructure at the permanent campus of IIM Visakhapatnam.

NBCC shares were trading flat at Rs 91.97 per share at 11.35 am on Friday, January 24. The stock has fallen 23.83% in the past six months, but has gained 31.08% in the past year.
