NBCC secures renovation order worth Rs 82 crore from Lokpal of India
The agreement signifies NBCC’s major expansion into the state's redevelopment sector following its success in transforming Delhi’s urban landscape.

Government-backed NBCC (India) Ltd has won a new order worth ?82.08 crore from Lokpal of India on Friday, 28th March 2025. It is for the renovation and interior works of the Lokpal premises at Vasant Kunj in New Delhi.
Recently, the company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with MAHAPREIT to jointly undertake various consultancy, EPC, fee-based, and redevelopment projects across Maharashtra. The agreement signifies NBCC’s major expansion into the state's redevelopment sector following its success in transforming Delhi’s urban landscape.

The company aims to achieve around Rs 5,000 crore in revenue in the first year that is 2025-26 (FY26) with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Limited (MAHAPREIT) partnership, as per the NBCC CMD.
Shares of NBCC are trading low by 1.28% at Rs 81.65. The stock has seen 12.06% surge in last one month.
