NHPC Director Reviews Progress at Uri-I and Uri-II Power Stations

On April 5, 2025, Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Director (Projects & Technical), NHPC, conducted an official visit to the Uri-I and Uri-II Power Stations.

During his visit, he reviewed the ongoing developments at the Uri-I Stage-II Hydroelectric Project, including critical repair and maintenance operations. He particularly emphasized the need for swift completion of major tasks such as the stator replacement of Unit #2 and the enhancement of the cooling water system.

At Uri-II Power Station, Shri Singh evaluated the condition of the powerhouse and dam infrastructure. He also motivated the staff to focus on improving operational efficiency and overall productivity.
