NHPC Solar Rooftop Tender: One Indigo Emerges as L1 Bidder for ~₹140 Cr Project
New Delhi, September 8, 2026: One Indigo Technologies has informed the stock exchanges that it has emerged as the L1 (Lowest Bidder) in an e-tender floated by NHPC Limited.
Project Details
The tender is for the selection of a Roof Top Developer for setting up grid-connected solar rooftop plants at various locations on government buildings (through HAREDA) in the state of Haryana on RESCO mode through tariff-based competitive bidding.

Aggregate estimated value of the tender: Approximately ₹140 crore.
The Company has been declared L1 after evaluation of the bids. However, emergence as L1 bidder does not by itself constitute final award of the contract. The award shall be subject to completion of applicable formalities, issuance of Letter of Award/Work Order and execution of definitive agreements.
Further disclosure will be made upon receipt of the Letter of Intent (LOI) or Letter of Award (LOA).
