PFC Appoints Thakur Vaidyanath Aiyar & Co and Mehra Goel as Joint Statutory Auditors
New Delhi: Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) has informed the stock exchanges that the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) has appointed Thakur Vaidyanath Aiyar & Co and Mehra Goel & Co as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27.
The appointment has been made under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013. The disclosure was made on 9 September 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Thakur Vaidyanath Aiyar & Co (TVA)
One of the oldest Chartered Accountancy firms in India with a legacy of close to nine decades. The firm was formed in 1970 through the reorganisation of S. The appointment has been notified to both BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India.
