PFC's 39th AGM: Power Finance Corporation Ltd, the Mahartna PSU, is scheduled to hold its 39th Annual General Meeting today on August 28th, 2025. PFC, which reaffirms its leadership as India’s largest NBFC group, with a consolidated balance sheet crossing Rs 11 lakh crore, strengthening its role in power & infrastructure financing.
Ahead of its 39th AGM, PFC's CMD highlights that,
"Our consolidated balance sheet has now surpassed 11 lakh crore, further bolstering our position as a dominant force in the power and infrastructure financing landscape," said Smt. Parminder Chopra, Chairman and Managing Director of Power Finance Corporation.
