RailTel declares Record Date for Final Dividend payment of FY25-26

State-run RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has announced the Record Date for the purpose of Final Dividend payment for Financial Year 2025-26.   

According to the exchange filing, the 25th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 20th August, 2025 at 11:30 Hrs (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”), in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) and the Securities Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”).

The Dividend History of RailTel has recent payouts include a final dividend of Rs 1.85 per share in August 2024 and an interim dividend of Rs 1.00 per share.

The Company has fixed Wednesday, 13th August, 2025 as "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the eligibility of Members entitled to receive the Final Dividend of Rs. 0.85/- per share for the FY 2024-25 as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 15th June, 2025.

The Final Dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.

Shares of RailTel are trading down by 2.63% at Rs 391.80 at BSE.
