RCF Announces Key Changes in Senior Management
New Delhi: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a Government of India undertaking, has announced significant changes in its senior management in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The changes, effective January 1, 2026, include two senior-level appointments and two superannuations.
New Appointments
Shri T. Charles has been appointed as General Manager (TS/Lab/PHS/F&S), Thai Unit.
An M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from A.C. Tech, Anna University, Chennai, Shri Charles joined RCF in 1993 as a Management Trainee and brings over 32 years of experience across key operational departments including Heavy Water Plant, Technical Services, Central Chemical Laboratory, Fire & Safety, and Plant Health Services.
Shri Parag Ashok Dandekar has been appointed as General Manager (Purchase).
A B.E. in Instrumentation Engineering from V.E.S.I.T., Mumbai, and a Masters in Financial Management from JBIMS, Mumbai, Shri Dandekar also joined RCF in 1993 and carries more than 32 years of professional experience across Instrumentation, Bagging & Material Handling, Purchase, Commercial, Hospital Administration, Chairman’s Office, Corporate Communication & CSR, and Vigilance.

Both executives have superannuated from service, marking the conclusion of long-standing contributions to the organization.
