RCF Ltd to hold 48th AGM on 25 Sept, 2026, will declare final and interim dividend
Mumbai, 3 September 2026: The 48th AGM of the Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd. will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 3.00 PM through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("0AVM") in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The Company has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026, as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of members to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. It will declare the final dividend of Rs 1.34 per equity share and confirm the interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity share for the financial year 2026-27.
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 19, 2026, to Friday, September 25, 2026, for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of AGM.
The company will be providing a remote e-voting facility to the shareholders from Monday, September 21, 2026, from 9.00 am (1ST) and ending on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 5.00 pm (1ST). The cut-off date to determine the entitlement of the members for the purpose of remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM is Friday, September 18, 2026.
