RCF Taps Director (Finance) Nazhat Shaikh as Interim CMD
RCF's Director (Finance), Ms. Nazhat J. Shaikh, was entrusted with the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) for six months, effective January 1, 2026, by the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers.

The Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Department of Fertilizers, Government of India has assigned additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) to Ms. Nazhat J. Shaikh, currently serving as Director (Finance) of the Company.
According to the official communication Order No. 78/01/2025-HR-(PSU) (e-40329) dated November 24, 2025, Ms. Shaikh (DIN: 07348075) will hold the additional charge for a period of six months effective from January 1, 2026, or until a regular incumbent joins, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The assignment is subject to the approval of the DoPT (ACC).
