RVNL to Form Subsidiary Company in Dubai

Railway infrastructure PSU RVNL has confirmed forming a subsidiary company in Dubai, RVNL Middle East Contracting LLC.
It is hereby informed that Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has incorporated a Subsidiary Company “RVNL MIDDLE EAST CONTRACTING L.L.C” in DUBAI, as per the regulatory filing made.

Currently, the Railway’s arm has bagged an order from North Central Railway worth Rs 72 crore. Meanwhile, the shares fell by 0.072% in the recent trade.
