Shri Anurag Anand Selected for Key S&T Leadership Role at RVNL
Ministry of Railways has approved the deputation of Shri Anurag Anand, IRSSE (DOB: 02/09/1984), currently serving as Deputy Chief Signal & Telecommunication Engineer (Dy. CSTE/HQ), Northern Railway, to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL).

New Delhi: Railways Ministry has approved deputation of Shri Anurag Anand, IRSSE(DOB: 02/09/1984) presently working as Deputy Chief Signal & Telecommunication Engineer ( Dy.CSTE/HQ) at Northern Railway to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), New Delhi, He has been appointed as General Manager (S&T), Corporate Office, RVNL New Delhi for a period of 5 years or till further orders whichever is earlier, the terms of the deputation will be as usual viz;
Parent Cadre Pay plus Deputation Allowance subject to Government's approval for exemption from the rule of immediate absorption in RVNL. Northern Railway was instructed to relieve this officer and send the date of his release to Railway Board.
A copy of this communication has also been sent to RVNL,Railway Board senior officers and to Shri Anurag Anand for information. As per the existing instructions issued by Department of Personnel & Training, the officer will be deemed to have been relieved from service on the date of completion of his deputation unless the period has been formally extended with approval prior to expiry.
