State Trading Corporation of India Ltd. Announces Pre-Intimation for 69th Annual General Meeting
Mumbai, December 22, 2025: The State Trading Corporation of India Limited (STC), a Government of India enterprise, has announced that it has published a pre-intimation notice regarding its 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in compliance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The notice appeared on December 22, 2025, in Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi).
The Company has decided to convene its 69th AGM on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 3:30 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in line with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Shareholders will be able to attend and participate in the meeting electronically without physical presence at a common venue.
The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, along with details for joining the AGM and e-voting, will be sent only through electronic mode to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, or Depository Participants. The same documents will also be available on the Company’s website and on the websites of BSE, NSE, and CDSL.
STC will provide both remote e-voting prior to the AGM and e-voting during the AGM, enabling shareholders to vote on all resolutions included in the AGM notice.
