Mini Ratna PSU THDC India conducts First Quarterly Review Meeting for Vigilance Department

THDC India Limited, a premier Schedule-A Mini Ratna PSU conducted First Quarterly Review Meeting (QRM) for the Vigilance Department for the Financial Year 2025–26 at the HRD Centre, Aam Bagh, Rishikesh. Sh. R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, THDCIL, reiterated the organization’s steadfast commitment to transparency, ethical governance, and a culture of proactive vigilance. He highlighted that vigilance is not merely a compliance function but a key pillar that strengthens responsible and accountable public sector management.
The meeting was chaired by Ms. Rashmita Jha, Chief Vigilance Officer (IRS), and was attended by Shri S. K. Arya, Deputy CVO/GM (Vigilance), along with other vigilance officials from all projects and the Corporate Office of THDCIL.
The session saw comprehensive discussions on various vigilance-related focus areas, such as the handling of audit paras and complaints, the conduct of surprise and CTE-type inspections, and the relevance of CDA Rules, Whistle Blower Policy, and Labour Laws.
In her address, CVO Ms. Rashmita Jha emphasized the importance of nurturing a future-ready vigilance framework aligned with THDCIL’s core values. She encouraged the development of young vigilance professionals for leadership roles and provided strategic guidance to further embed ethical practices in the organization’s operational ethos.
