WCL Inaugurates New Premises of Human Resource Development (HRD) Department
The Chief Guest of the occasion, Chairman-cum-Managing Director Shri Jai Prakash Dwivedi, inaugurated the premises in the august presence of Directors and Senior Officers of WCL and members of WCL Steering Committee.

The grand inauguration ceremony of the relocated premises of the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department at WCL Indore Complex was held on 22nd May 2025. The Chief Guest of the occasion, Chairman-cum-Managing Director Shri Jai Prakash Dwivedi, inaugurated the premises in the august presence of Directors and Senior Officers of WCL and members of WCL Steering Committee.
Addressing the event, Shri Dwivedi said, “This new beginning is not only a strong step towards organizational growth but also reflects our commitment towards making our HR system more empowered, efficient and future-ready.” He hoped that with this initiative, WCL will play a vital role in building a more competent, trained and future-ready workforce.

Director (Technical/Operations) of WCL Shri Anil Kumar Singh, Director (Human Resources) Dr. Hemant Sharad Pandey, Chief Vigilance Officer Shri Ajay Madhukar Mhetre and members of WCL Steering Committee Shri C.J. Joseph and Shri Deepu Pillai also presented their views in the programme. General Manager (Public Relations) Shri Satish Gabale was also present on this occasion.

At the beginning of the programme, WCL security guard saluted the chief guest. Thereafter, the guests inaugurated the premises. On this occasion, General Manager (Mining/Human Resources Development) Shri U.C. Gupta gave the welcome speech and in the end Mrs. Anupama Anand Temurnikar presented the vote of thanks. After the programme, the guests inspected the premises. Regional General Managers, heads of various departments, senior officers and a large number of employees were present in the programme.
