WCL to organise Pension Adalat, Pending CMPF and pension claims to resolved quickly
This pension court is being organized in coordination with the initiative “Prayas” taken by CMPF office Dhanwad.
Coal Mine Provident Fund Office, Western Coalfields Limited and labor organization representatives have taken a unique initiative for the speedy payment/settlement of pending coal mine provident fund and pension claims in various areas of Western Coalfields Limited. Under this initiative, “Pension Adalat” will be organized in various areas of WCL in the month of June-July 2025.
Representatives of WCL, CMPF office and labor union will be present in this pension court. Pending cases of CMPF and pension will be settled in this tripartite meeting. Retired employees of WCL can present themselves in the pension court and present their side.

This pension court is being organized in coordination with the initiative “Prayas” taken by CMPF office Dhanwad. Under the initiative "Prayas", prompt action will be taken for payment of coal mine provident fund claims and retired employees will be able to get complete information related to the subject. This initiative will ensure settlement of claims within the stipulated time frame.
