PNC Infratech Ltd Executes Concession Agreements for Two New HAM Projects with National Highways Authority of India
New Delhi, July 17: PNC Infratech Ltd. has informed the exchanges about the signing of concession agreements between the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the Special Purpose Vehicles incorporated by the company for the implementation of the following two Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Highway Projects for an aggregate bid project cost of Rs. 3483.00 crore.
1-Construction of a 4-lane highway from Barabanki Design Chainage Km 0+000 to Mustafabad Design Chainage Km 43+030 (Existing Chainage Km 0.000 to Chainage Km 43.700) on the section of NH-927 in Uttar Pradesh on HAM Mode under NH (O) Scheme (Package-I) by Barabanki Mustafabad Highway Private Ltd worth Rs 1728 crore.
2-Construction of a 4-lane highway from Mustafabad Design Chainage Km 43+030 to Biswariya Design Chainage Km 101+515 (Existing Chainage Km 43.700 to Chainage Km 98.475) on the section of NH-927 in Uttar Pradesh on HAM Mode under NH(O) Scheme (Package-II) by Mustafabad Biswariya Highway Private Limited worth Rs 1755 crore.
All the above projects are to be constructed in 24 months upon declaration of respective appointed dates and operated for 15 years post construction.
