New Delhi:  Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has informed stock exchanges that it has successfully complied with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

In an official filing submitted to both BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), the company stated that it has received the required compliance certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies Limited.

The certificate confirms that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were properly verified, mutilated, cancelled, and updated in records with the name of the depository substituted as the registered owner within the stipulated time period, as mandated by SEBI regulations.

BPCL requested both stock exchanges to take the information on record. The disclosure was signed by V. Kala, Company Secretary of BPCL, on January 5, 2026.

This regulatory compliance reinforces BPCL’s commitment to maintaining transparency, strong corporate governance, and adherence to capital market regulations.
