State-owned NBCC India Ltd has faced a decline in stock performance, losing 3.0% on February 14, 2025, continuing a downward trend over the past two days. The stock was trading below key moving averages and has underperformed its sector, reflecting challenges in maintaining market position amid economic fluctuations.

Over the past month, the stock has recorded a decline of 2.34%, while the broader Sensex index has seen a smaller drop of 0.90%. The Civil Construction PSU Firm has bagged two construction orders worth Rs 852 crore.

Shares of the company ended at Rs 81.98, down by 4.40%. The strong work order growth and market position are expected to normalize the fluctuation in the future.

Additionally, Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has been awarded a substantial contract worth Rs1320 crore by NBCC (India) Limited, a Government of India Navratna Enterprise.

The project is set to take place at Sector Tech Zone-IV, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, involving the creation of Leisure Valley Phase-II Residential Apartments.

The scope of the contract encompasses Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), along with an Operation & Maintenance period spanning two years.

Rahul Katyal, Managing Director of Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited, expressed gratitude towards NBCC for entrusting the company with this project. Katyal emphasized that this contract marks an important milestone in expanding its client base and bolstering its reputation for quality delivery in the infrastructure sector.
