Eligibility Criteria
Officers must be holding substantively:

Analogous posts in Level-14 (CDA) or IDA E-8 (₹1,20,000–2,80,000)
OR -
Posts in Level-13 (CDA) with 17 years of Group ‘A’ service
OR -
IDA E-7 grade (₹1,00,000–2,60,000) with minimum four years’ service
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in construction organizations.
