Hyundai Motor India Announces Change in Senior Management
Chennai, 3 September 2026: Hyundai Motor India Limited has informed the stock exchanges about changes in its Senior Management Personnel under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Appointment
Mr. Yogesh Wadhwa, currently General Counsel & Function Head – Legal & Corporate Governance, has been designated as Senior Management Personnel with effect from 5 September 2026.
Yogesh Wadhwa brings 26 years of experience in legal, compliance, litigation, regulatory affairs and corporate governance. He has led key initiatives at Hyundai Motor India including IPO readiness, the Pune Plant acquisition, and enterprise-wide ethics and compliance frameworks. Prior to Hyundai, he held leadership roles at General Motors, Renault Nissan, Halliburton, PwC and Fox Mandal across India and the Middle East.
Cessation
Mr. Amitabh Lal Das, Business Head – Chief Legal Office, will step down from the list of Senior Management Personnel with effect from 30 September 2026. He has tendered his resignation from the position, requesting to be relieved from duties at the close of business hours on that date.
