Bengaluru, September 3, 2026: BEML Limited has announced that its 62nd Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at 11:30 AM through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The company has also fixed the key dates related to the AGM and dividend.

Record Date: Tuesday, 22 September 2026 (for e-voting eligibility and dividend payment)

Dividend
