DMRC Wins Overall Excellence in HR Practices Award at XLRI Conclave

New Delhi, September 3, 2026 — The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has been conferred with the prestigious ‘Overall Excellence in HR Practices for Greater Good’ award at the ‘HR for the Greater Good Conclave 2.0’, organised by XLRI Jamshedpur.

The Conclave was held at the XLRI Jamshedpur campus from 31 August to 02 September 2026. Twenty-three organisations participated and presented their practices on key themes including AI Adoption in HR, Impact of Labour Reforms, Green HRM, Total Rewards & Career Management, and Digital Transformation of Business and HR/IR Processes.

Competing with more than 20 organisations from both the Private Sector and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), DMRC was recognised for its overall excellence in HR practices.

The award stands as a testament to the continued efforts of DMRC’s HR Department in working for the wellbeing of its employees, who in turn serve lakhs of commuters travelling by Delhi Metro every day.
