State Bank of India has released Advertisement No. CRPD/RS/2026-27/06 inviting online applications from retired SBI officers for engagement as Resolvers on a contractual basis. The recruitment drive aims to strengthen customer complaint resolution across Circle Complaints Resolution Centres (CCRC) nationwide.

A total of 105 vacancies are available across multiple SBI circles including New Delhi, Lucknow, Patna, Bhopal, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai Metro and others.

Position Overview
Post: Resolver
Department: Customer Experience Enhancement Department
Posting: Circle Complaints Resolution Centres (CCRC) at Local Head Offices (LHOs) across India
Role:
- Follow-up and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- Support quality customer service initiatives
- Perform tasks assigned by the competent authority
Eligibility Criteria
Who Can Apply
- Retired SBI officers who retired as:
- MMGS-II
- MMGS-III
- SMGS-IV
- Must have retired on superannuation at age 60
- Maximum age as on 31 March 2026: 63 years
- Engagement allowed up to 65 years subject to performance
Experience & Requirements
- Unblemished service record
- Strong knowledge of SBI systems and procedures
- Good health and integrity
- No pending disciplinary/CBI cases
- No penalty in last 5 years before retirement
Contract & Benefits
Contract Duration:
- Minimum 1 year, maximum 3 years (subject to review)
Monthly Remuneration:
- MMGS-II / MMGS-III: ₹45,000
- SMGS-IV: ₹50,000
Additional Terms:
- Pension continues separately
- No PF, gratuity, medical or housing benefits
- 30 days leave per year (subject to approval)
Selection Process
- Shortlisting of applications
- Interview (100 marks)
- Final merit based on interview performance
No TA/DA will be paid for interviews.
