NCL signed MoU with Madhya Pradesh Rajya Van Vikas Nigam
Singrauli: Amlohri area of Northern Coalfields Ltd (NCL) is ingeniously putting used drums to good use and is creating greenery and colour in its mine landscape by planting Bougainvillea plants in them. NCL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Madhya Pradesh Rajya Van Vikas Nigam, Sidhri, which cuts the used drums of Amlohri area into two, fills it with top soil, adds fertilizer and paddy husk and grows Bougainvillea plants. These plants are quite drought tolerant, love the sun and are adding a blaze of color in the mine landscape.
