New Delhi: Dr. Pushp Kumar Joshi on May 8, 2022, took over the charge as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of a Maharatna Company, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL).
A Doctorate & PG in Human Resource Management
Before he was appointed CMD, he was Director-HR HPCL. He is also having additional charge of Director-Marketing. A Doctorate & Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, he has held key HR portfolios during his career.

Joshi is a Doctorate in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor of Law from Andhra University. He held key portfolios in Human Resources functions viz. Executive Director – HRD and Head – HR of Marketing Division.
