BHEL Appoints Statutory and Branch Auditors for FY 2026-27
New Delhi, 8 September 2026: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has stated that the office of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) has issued communication No. CA. V/COY/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, BHEL (8)/219 dated 08.09.2026 regarding appointment of Auditors under Section 139(5) of the Companies Act, 2013.
