NBCC Sells Commercial Space Worth Rs 2,857 Crore at Bharat Business Park in Sarojini Nagar
New Delhi, June 17, 2026: State-owned construction and project management company NBCC (India) Limited has successfully concluded the e-auction of commercial built-up space at Bharat Business Park in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, achieving a total sale value of approximately Rs 2,857 crore.
According to a regulatory filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE, the company sold around 7.08 lakh square feet of commercial built-up area through the e-auction process.
Major Milestone for Sarojini Nagar Redevelopment Project
The successful auction marks another important milestone in the redevelopment of Sarojini Nagar, one of the flagship urban redevelopment projects being executed by NBCC in the national capital.
The commercial complex, named Bharat Business Park, is expected to emerge as a prominent business destination in New Delhi and forms part of the broader government-led redevelopment initiatives aimed at modernizing key urban infrastructure.
NBCC to Earn Marketing Fee
NBCC stated that it will receive a marketing fee of 1% of the total sale value, translating into additional revenue for the company from the transaction.

The successful monetization of commercial assets is expected to strengthen NBCC's order book and improve revenue visibility.
