OIL India Opens E-Tender for Key Workshop & Godown Construction at Duliajan!

New Delhi, November 28, 2025: Oil India Limited (OIL) has announced a tender through its E-Procurement portal, inviting established Civil Engineering firms to bid for a major works contract at its Duliajan facility. This essential infrastructure project involves the Construction of a Pre-Engineered Building designed to function as a Workshop cum Godown for the OGPL & P Department, and includes crucial related works like internal electrification, fire fighting systems, and drain diversion.

The bidding is conducted under a Single Stage Two Bid System, and interested parties must submit a Bid Security (EMD) of Rs 2,62,000/-. The closing deadline for this e-tender is December 18, 2025, at 11:00 Hrs. OIL emphasizes that all bidding is strictly online, and firms without a User ID and Password must complete their online registration well in advance of the deadline, as no extension will be granted for late registration.
