New Delhi, June 17, 2026: State-owned telecom and ICT solutions provider RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has secured a major order worth ₹52.57 crore, strengthening its order book and reinforcing its position in the digital infrastructure space.

The company informed stock exchanges on Wednesday that it has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Director IT for the Supply, Installation, Integration and Commissioning of Disaster Recovery IT Infrastructure at a MeitY-empanelled Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Data Centre, along with five years of operation and maintenance services.

 

Order Value Exceeds ₹52.56 Crore

According to the disclosure made under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the estimated size of the contract stands at:

₹52,56,69,780 (including taxes)

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is scheduled to be executed by January 12, 2027.

Scope of Work

Under the contract, RailTel will undertake:

  • Supply of Disaster Recovery IT Infrastructure.

  • Installation and integration of systems.
