New Delhi: Shares of Hyderabad-based Bharat Dynamics Ltd has been witnessing a surge of over 13.7% from consecutive five days of trading sessions amid the ongoing tussle between India and Pakistan which has been stimulated by the rigorous defensive equipment production of Defence PSU companies like BEL, MDL, Bharat Dynamics and many more.

Stock Performance and Price Targets by Analysts:

The stock has been trading higher by 11.47% at Rs 1,750.00 with the current market capitalisation of Rs 64.22K crore, and the 52-week high is at Rs 1,794.00. The Q3 result shows a strong dynamic position in the market stand-off with the revenue up by 38.32% in December 2024.

83.33% of analysts recommended a “Buy” rating for Bharat Dynamics and the average price Target of Rs 1,280.00. It is a slight downside of 11.95% against the current price of Rs 1,531.8. Compared with the current price of stock, it is analysed as overvalued by 36%.

Profile:

Comprehensively, the company has been working with the collaboration of DRDO and Foreign Original Equipment Manufacturers.

The company has been nominated as a Mini Ratna – Category-I Company by the Government of India. It had achieved a record sales turnover of Rs 1,075 crore in 2012–13. BDL has orders worth over Rs 1,800 crore.

In order to match the modernisation of the Indian Armed Forces, it is investing to manufacturing a wide range of weapon systems such as: surface-to-air missiles, air defence systems, heavy-weight torpedoes, air-to-air missiles, making it a defence equipment manufacturer and has also entered into the arena of refurbishment of old missiles.
