BPCL Director (Finance) Tenure Extended till 30 June 2031
New Delhi: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has informed the stock exchanges that the tenure of its Director (Finance) has been extended.
The Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, vide letter dated 1 September 2026, has communicated the extension of tenure of Shri Vetsa Ramakrishna Gupta, Director (Finance), till the date of his superannuation i.e. 30 June 2031, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
This is in continuation of the company’s earlier intimations dated 8 September 2021 and 2 August 2021.
