New Delhi, September 1, 2026: Ircon International Limited (IRCON), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Railways, has announced that its 50th Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 12:30 p.m. through video conferencing.

The company has also fixed Thursday, 17 September 2026 as the Record Date for the final dividend.

Shareholders who hold IRCON shares at the close of business hours on 17 September 2026 will be eligible for the final dividend of ₹0.70 per equity share (subject to approval at the AGM).
