Shri Yatish Kumar CMD Braithwaite Receives CEO with HR Orientation Award

Mumbai: Shri Yatish Kumar, CMD, Braithwaite receives "CEO with HR Orientation" Award from World HRD Congress in Mumbai. Shri Yatish Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director, Braithwaite & Co. Limited has been conferred with “CEO with HR Orientation” Award by World HRD Congress in association with Canadian University Dubai held on 15th February, 2020 at Mumbai. Many Heads of international organizations and eminent HR professionals participated in the programme .

 

Shri Yatish Kumar since his assumption of charge as CMD of BCL in May 2018, has taken various HR oriented steps that enabled the employees and boost their motivation and morale and took the company ahead for success.Shri Kumar has introduced various HR measures like HR Audit, latest Pay Scale Revision of workers and staffs, introduction of health insurances scheme, Safety campaigns and measures, development of work place and office infrastructure etc.

 

Under the able leadership of Shri Kumar, the company has also evolved financially and productivity has improved by leaps and bounds and is set to achieve a turnaround of around Rs. 650 crores in the financial year 2019-20 as compared to Rs 130 crores in 2017-18.
