Ramesh Kumar Dash to Retire as GRSE Director (Finance) & CFO

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE) has announced that Shri Ramesh Kumar Dash will be superannuating on 31 May 2025, and accordingly, he will cease to hold office as Director (Finance) & CFO of the company w.e.f. 01 Jun 2025.

CMA Ramesh Kumar Dash had joined as Director (Finance) of GRSE Ltd on 01 July 2020. He is a postgraduate in Commerce, Bachelor of Law and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountant of India.

He has extensive experience in Finance, Taxation, Accounts, Pricing, Budgeting, Treasury Management, Receivable Management, MoU, Contracts, Negotiations, Audit Functions and Corporate Governance. Mr. Dash has got Best CFO Award 2022 (Public- Manufacturing-Medium-Male) from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India towards his outstanding achievements in various areas of financial management of GRSE.
